We love that you want to support other women — that’s exactly the spirit of the Collective! While we ask that you don’t share downloadable resources, recordings, or materials outside the membership (as they’re part of your paid access and intellectual property), you’re absolutely welcome to tell your friends about the Collective and invite them to join us. That way, they can access the full experience — and we can continue to keep the community strong, supported, and sustainable for everyone.

We sure do! When you refer a friend to the Collective, you can earn rewards through our affiliate program. You'll receive 10% commission for every successful referral, paid monthly for as long as they stay a member (or after the refund period for annual membership) — and your friend gets to join this incredible community you’re part of. It’s our way of saying thank you for helping us grow a network of empowered, purpose-driven coaches. Once you’re inside the Collective, you’ll find everything you need to join the affiliate program and start sharing.

We want your experience to be interactive and personal, so we limit each group to a maximum of 10 participants. This gives you plenty of opportunities to ask questions and interact with one another.

Yes — absolutely. The Collective was designed to support coaches at all stages, including those just starting out. If you’re a new coach, you’ll find practical tools, clear frameworks, and step-by-step guidance to help you build confidence and momentum. Plus, you’ll be surrounded by a community of experienced coaches who’ve walked the path and are generous in sharing their wisdom. You don’t have to figure it all out alone — we’re here to walk with you as you grow.

Not at all. While the Collective originally began as a space for our Women’s Leader Archetypes® Accredited Practitioners (APs), it has since grown into a vibrant, inclusive community for all coaches and facilitators who are passionate about women’s leadership and personal development.

Everyone is welcome to join and benefit from the masterclasses, coaching, tools, and community. That said, some resources are exclusive to WLA Accredited Practitioners, as they relate specifically to the use of the Archetypes model with clients. These are clearly marked — but the vast majority of content is designed to support all members in growing their practice and deepening their impact.

Accreditation is open to coaches and facilitators who want to use the Women’s Leader Archetypes® model and assessment tools with their clients. We run regular cohorts throughout the year, and each intake is a live, immersive experience designed to give you deep insight, practical tools, and confidence to integrate the Archetypes into your work.
